SCIKEY TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in the SCIKEY platform. Please read the following terms of service (“Terms”) very carefully, as your use of the Platform (as defined below) is subject to your acceptance and compliance with the following terms and conditions. BY CLICKING “I ACCEPT”, (or a similar button) or by downloading, installing, registering, accessing or otherwise using the Platform, you accept and agree to all of the terms and conditions contained herein and the privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) available at https://www.scikey.ai/other-pages/scikey-privacy-policy These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding contract between you and the LLP (as defined below). If you are not eligible or do not agree to any of these Terms, then do not use the Platform. If you continue to use this Platform, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms which along with the Privacy Policy govern your relationship with us. 

• 1. Definitions.
• 1.1. “LLP”; “us”; “we”; “our” shall mean SRKay Consulting Group LLP, a limited liability partnership registered under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 having its registered office at SRKay Consulting Group LLP, IndiQube Park Plaza, 4th Floor 465/C1, CTS - 1085, Ganeshkhind Road, next to Central Mall, Shivajinagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411005.

• 23. Consent to Electronic Communications.
  By using the Platform and its Sub-Platforms, you consent to receiving certain electronic communications from us as further described in our Privacy Policy. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that those communications be in writing.

• 25. No Agency Relationship:
  You agree that no joint venture, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and the LLP as a result of these Terms or due to your use of the Platform and its Sub-Platforms or any of its Features.

• 26. Electronic Record:
  This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules framed thereunder as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, Terms of Use for access and usage of the Platform and its Sub-Platforms.
